Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wipe the blade with a clean cloth and place the sword back into its original protective sleeve and wooden crate to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master smiths verify the integrity of the returned item, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
