Are Musashi swords battle-ready?
Yes, our swords are forged from high-carbon steel and are fully functional, battle-ready instruments designed for tameshigiri (cutting practice) and martial arts training.
What is the difference between different steel types?
We offer various grades including 1045, 1060, and 1095 carbon steel, as well as T10 tool steel. Higher numbers generally indicate higher carbon content, which provides better edge retention and durability for heavy cutting.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many countries; however, sword regulations vary significantly by region. Please check your local laws regarding the import of bladed weapons before placing an order.
How should I maintain my sword to prevent rust?
To prevent oxidation, we recommend cleaning the blade after every use and applying a thin layer of choji oil or mineral oil. Avoid touching the steel with bare hands, as skin oils can cause corrosion.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your sword arrives with any manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to initiate a free replacement or full refund.
Can I customize the tsuba or handle wrap?
Currently, we sell our swords in their standard configurations as shown on the product pages. We do not offer custom assembly at this time, but many of our components are standard sizes for DIY customization.
