*Please note, this service is only for Musashi branded swords. Our Musha and Bishamon swords are excluded. *

Service Details:

• Cost: $10 per certificate

Required Information: To process your request, please provide the following details:

• Full name
• Contact information (email and phone number)
• Purchase date or if it was a gift
• Sword model and serial number
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• Information found on the tang of the sword
• Any additional relevant information that we might request

How to Request a Replacement:

1. Place an order for the “Certificate of Authenticity Replacement” under the Accessories section on our website.
2. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you shortly to request the necessary information to create your new certificate.
3. Our team will review your request and issue a new Certificate of Authenticity within 7-10 business days.
